Facilitative and ontological coaching was a natural evolution for me, rooted in my lifelong commitment to our shared humanity. From an early age, this passion has driven my actions and shaped my journey.

I draw upon my rich tapestry of lived experiences to inform my coaching. I’ve navigated many challenges and despite these obstacles, I put myself through university, built a thriving career in fashion and the performing arts, and eventually achieved success in the corporate world, working closely with CEOs and C-Suite executives. My secret power? Trusting myself, honing my talents, embracing honest reflection, and stepping boldly outside my comfort zone. These experiences have not only fueled my personal growth but also serve to inspire and uplift others.

Jillian has been coaching, mentoring, and consulting in the field of ontology for over 20 years, recently leading coaching workshops at Ralph Lauren Corporate, Dress for Success - Canada, Group Coaching HQ and more.

Jillian also mentored and coached over 150 business professionals for The Atlas Project from October 2020 - March 2024, leading ATX7, a record breaking program.

Jillian is a 2019 graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach Training Program, and completed her Trauma Sensitive Coach Certification through an ICF Certified Coach Training Program in 2022.
